Prices are in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15%. We currently deliver within the UK. If overseas delivery is requested we will on request provide a price for such a service. Please allow upto 7 days for delivery.

Special offer and sale prices are available only while stocks of those items last.

Whilst it is our intention to have your order in stock ready for dispatch it is inevitable that at times this will not be the case. We will contact you to inform you of such a situation and provide you with the best estimate of delivery and take further instructions.

It is illegal for under 18's to buy a knife. In order to minimise the possibility of this happening we will only accept credit cards for online knife purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any such transaction if deemed inappropriate.

We charge a standard rate of £5 per order. Orders received in excess of £65 will be delivered free of charge.

If we do not show any product you want on site please contact us by email on sales@bake-well.co.uk or by phone on 01629814499.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it at our expense only if the product is faulty and within the manufacturers guarantee period. If a product does not meet your expectations please notify us as soon as possible and return it to us within 28 days for either replacement or refund.
