Prices are in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. We currently deliver within the UK. If overseas delivery is requested we will on request provide a price for such a service. Please allow upto 7 days for delivery.

Special offer and sale prices are available only while stocks of those items last.

Whilst it is our intention to have your order in stock ready for dispatch it is inevitable that at times this will not be the case. We will contact you to inform you of such a situation and provide you with the best estimate of delivery and take further instructions.

It is illegal for under 18's to buy a knife. In order to minimise the possibility of this happening we will only accept credit cards for online knife purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any such transaction if deemed inappropriate.

Delivery : We will try to despatch your order within 2 to 3 days from confirmation and delivery to you within 5 to 7 working days from the confirmation date of your order.

If we do not show a product you want on the website please contact us by email on completecookshop@btinternet.com or by phone on 01629814499.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it at our expense only if the product is faulty and within the manufacturers guarantee period. If a product does not meet your expectations please notify us as soon as possible and return it to us within 28 days for either replacement or refund.

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive is now UK law. The regulations also mean that high street retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The Complete Cook Shop is obliged under these regulations to allow customers to return, free of charge, their WEEE on a like for like basis when purchasing new electronic equipment from us.

Customers must return their like for like WEEE product within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Please do not throw electrical equipment (including those items marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

We process payment securely through SagePay, or PayPal.
