The Digoin Chicken Brick is designed to hold a chicken or a duck. This clay oven brick can be used for any roast. Meat can be cooked in its own juice without additional fat or liquid if preferred. This method of cooking is reminiscent of the simple, rustic traditional clay ovens used in France in days gone by. They really enjoy good wholesome tasty food dont they.
