The Stellar Premium safety pusher is designed for use with the 6cm acid etched grater range. Just slide the safety pusher onto the grater, remove the centre of the pusher and insert the item to be grated, replace the centre of the pusher and apply enough pressure to press the item against the blades and then simply move the pusher up and down to grate the item.
