APPOLIA 27 x 15cm RECTANGULAR BAKING DISH

This is some of the best bakeware we have found, you will not be dissappointed when you do your baking in any of this range. APPOLIA BAKEWARE is a clever mix of different clays. We use raw material from Brittany, with a soil rich in rare clay. Our clay is not very porouswhich guarantees the best culinary use, with a strong resistance to thermal and mechanical shocks. Our clay is lead and cadmium free and our products conform to the highest standards for food safety. Our glaze is based on natural pigments mixed with genus. It is scratch resistant and very easy to clean.
